Is it comfortable?
Yes. Oneira strips are made with a soft, flexible material and a gentle, hypoallergenic adhesive designed to feel light on your lips. Most people get used to the feel within a night or two.

Will it irritate my skin?
The strips use a gentle, hypoallergenic adhesive and peel off easily without pulling. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend doing a small patch test on your cheek first. Discontinue use if you notice any irritation.

What if I can't breathe through my nose?
This product is intended for people who can breathe comfortably through their nose. If you have nasal congestion, a cold, or trouble breathing through your nose, don't use mouth tape — wait until you can breathe clearly through your nose. Please also read our Health & Safety Notice on the product page before use.

How many strips per pack?
Each pack includes 30 strips — a 30-night supply. We also offer 3-pack (90-night supply) and 6-pack (180-night supply) options for better value.
